Meghan McCain thinks Gwyneth Paltrow looks “much older than her 50s” – and blames The actress’s “starvation diet”.
The former co-host of “The View” blew up Paltrow In one Daily Mail column Friday, saying she looked “bad, tired [and] haggard.”
McCain, who claimed that she “seldom talks[s] about other women’s performances,” likened The Oscar-winning “laundered” wellness routine to a “cult.”
“Her Life Is like hell,” The 38-year-old wrote.
“Nothing about her day sounds nourishing or satisfying,” she continued. “The laser focus on ‘well-being’ seems obsessive and, quite frankly, unhealthy.”
McCain went on to break Paltrow’s controversial habits described In an episode of The “Art of Being Well” podcast. Monday.
In addition to describing her intermittent fasting and drips, The “Shakespeare In Love” star revealed that she eats bone broth for lunch and paleo food for dinner.
“That sounds terrifying. … If what she’s selling Is health, I don’t want to be part of that,” McCain wrote, describing Paltrow as “crazy and elitist.”
The former host of Outnumbered Has criticized The Goop founder for “broadcasting” her lifestyle around The world and “selling it” on her lifestyle brand’s website.
“Awareness of eating disorders Is growing In American culture,” McCain added.
“Paltrow Is rightfully torn apart by commentators, doctors and nutritionists for promoting a lifestyle that doesn’t provide enough calories to maintain a healthy diet.”
McCain Is Not The only one to criticize Paltrow along With Tess Holliday he says In The TikTok Video Wednesday that bone broth Is an “inappropriate” meal.

The model, 37, continued: “People still give her airtime, give her a platform, listen to her ‘advice’ because everyone Is too afraid of being fat.”
However, Bethenny Frankel came to Paltrow’s defense, claiming that The Golden Globe winner does Not promote eating disorders because her audience Is “middle-aged moms”.
As for Paltrow herself, The Emmy Award-winning actress raved about how “beautiful” it Is to age last year, posing naked In gold paint for her 50th birthday.
